One-on-one, remote, built around your season. A plan every Monday, your reps on video, feedback from a Clemson starter on those reps, and a call every week. Not a lesson. A coach in your week.
Pitchers who already train and already compete, and want someone in their corner who has stood on a Friday night mound in the ACC. Freshmen trying to earn a varsity spot. Juniors getting looked at. Seniors with one season left to prove it. If you want drills emailed to you, this is not it. If you want a coach who watches your actual reps every week and tells you the truth, keep reading.
The full version is on a sample week inside the program.
A full video and skill assessment, an initial plan, and four weeks of the real thing before a longer commitment.
The core program. Long enough for mechanical change to become automatic and for the habits to stick.
A complete off-season or a full season with your coach in your week, start to finish.
Full program details are on the baseball mentorship program page. Pricing is discussed after your application and initial call.
It is different, and for most high school pitchers it is better over a season. An in-person lesson is one hour, then you are on your own for a week. Mentorship is the week itself: a plan on Monday, your reps on video midweek, feedback from your coach on those reps, and a call. The work happens where you already train. Your coach sees far more of your actual throwing than any lesson ever does.
Specific pricing is discussed after your application and the initial call, once both sides know it is a fit. Programs run 1, 3 or 6 months. There are no numbers on the website on purpose, and no pressure on the phone.
It is built around your season, school and training access rather than a fixed block of hours. The constants are a plan, film of your reps, feedback and one conversation a week. In season it bends around games; in the off-season it gets heavier.
A smartphone to record video and a place to throw. Anything beyond that is discussed in your assessment, and nothing is required to start.
Aidan Knaak, co-founder and pitching development coach: a Freshman All-American and three-year Friday night starter in the ACC at Clemson University. He reviews your film and runs your weekly call himself.
Serious high school pitchers, from players trying to earn a varsity spot to arms already being recruited. The application and the first call are how we check fit in both directions.
The coaches review every application personally. Then a call is scheduled with you and your parents to talk through your goals and see if it is the right fit. No pressure, no commitment, an honest conversation first.
