We've been through the recruiting process, the pressure, the doubt, and the grind. We built The Diamond Blueprint to give serious athletes the mentorship we wished we had.

Dom's baseball journey is a true example of long-term development and earned progression. He began his collegiate career at the Division III level, before working his way to Indiana State University (mid-major Division I) and ultimately earning the opportunity to compete in his final year of baseball at Clemson University, where he had massive success.
Why The Diamond Blueprint Exists
The youth baseball world is loud. Showcase after showcase, quick-fix velocity promises, and "one-size-fits-all" programs built more for attention than results.
We started The Diamond Blueprint because we kept seeing talented high school players doing all the work, but still guessing. Guessing what to train. Guessing how to handle pressure. Guessing how recruiting actually works. And guessing what college baseball truly demands.
We believe development should be structured and personal. That means a top-tier training plan - throwing, hitting, strength, mobility - built around the athlete and adjusted over time. And it means mentorship: honest conversations, clear standards, and accountability that doesn't let you drift.
This isn't just a library of drills. It's a complete blueprint development, mindset, and recruiting guidance so serious players can reach the next level faster, and arrive prepared.
