What is the Diamond Blueprint

Mentorship for players who are done guessing.

Most programs are coached from behind a desk. One of your coaches is starting ACC Friday nights right now. The other earned his way from D3 to Clemson. Both know the road, because they're on it.

Three pillars
01

Mentorship over drills

Baseball is more than mechanics. We guide athletes through the mental and emotional side of the game and build the character that leads to success.

02

Consistency over intensity

Progress comes from daily habits, not occasional bursts. We build routines that compound into long-term results.

03

Mindset + skill together

Technical ability means nothing without the confidence to use it. We develop both at once, because that is how real players are built.

Questions families ask

Straight answers.

What is The Diamond Blueprint?

A mentorship-driven player development program for serious high school baseball players, founded by two Clemson players: Aidan Knaak (Freshman All-American, 3-year ACC Friday night starter) and Dom Listi (D3 to Indiana State to Clemson). One plan, built around the player - physically and mentally.

Who are the coaches?

Two. Aidan Knaak leads pitching development - he is starting ACC Friday nights at Clemson right now. Dom Listi leads hitting and mental performance - he earned his way from D3 to Indiana State to Clemson, where he played his final season. Both know the road your athlete is on.

How is this different from lessons or a velocity program?

Mentorship over drills. A lesson fixes a mechanic for an hour. A velocity program chases one number. We build the whole player - skills, mindset, habits and routines that compound - through an ongoing relationship, not an appointment.

Is it only for pitchers?

No. Pitching is Aidan's side, hitting and the mental game are Dom's. Both sides of the game are covered.

Who is it for?

Serious high school players who want the next level, and the families backing them. Athletes who want structure, honest feedback and a real plan.

Does it help with recruiting?

Yes. We develop six areas, from pitching and hitting through mindset and recruiting preparation, guided by coaches who went through recruiting themselves - recently.

How does the mentorship work?

One plan, built around you. The coaches guide the skills work, the mindset and the weekly habits, adjust the plan as you develop, and hold you accountable to the routines that compound.

How do I join?

Apply through the site. The coaches review every application and take on athletes who are serious about their development.

Ready to build
something real?

If you are serious about your development and want mentorship that goes beyond drills, we would love to hear from you.

The first call costs nothing and sells nothing. It's a conversation about your goals with the coaches - that's it.
