Inside the program

A week inside
the program.

The question behind the question: what am I actually signing up for? Here is the rhythm.

A typical week

The rhythm of development.

MON
Plan drops. Your week in the app of your pocket: training focus, throwing or hitting work, and what video to capture.
TUE
Training day. You work your plan - strength, mechanics, position work - and film the reps that matter.
WED
Video goes in. Send your film. Your coach reviews it frame by frame against last week.
THU
Feedback lands. What improved, what to fix, and exactly how - in plain language, on video or on a call.
FRI
Check-in. The weekly conversation: progress, blockers, mindset, and the adjustments for next week.
SAT
Compete or train. Game day in season; in the off-season, the big training day.
SUN
Reset. Recovery, journaling, and a look at the week ahead. Arms grow when they rest.
Built around you

Your schedule is the skeleton.

This is an example, not a prescription - your actual week is built around your season, your school schedule, and your training access. In season it bends around games; in the off-season it gets heavier. The constants never change: a plan, film, feedback, and a weekly conversation.

Most of this happens remote - video, calls and check-ins - with in-person work when it lines up.

Your week could look like this.

Apply and your actual plan gets built on the call - around your season, your school, and your goals.
