How do I
throw harder?

Every pitcher asks it. The honest answer: velocity is not found, it is built - in four places at once.

Where velocity comes from

Velocity is built in four places.

Mechanics

Most velocity is trapped, not missing. An efficient delivery moves energy from the ground through your hand. We break down your video frame by frame to find where yours leaks.

Strength

A stronger athlete throws harder, period. Your plan includes strength and conditioning guidance matched to your age and training access.

A real throwing plan

Random long toss is not a program. Structured throwing with progression and intent, built around your season and your schedule.

Recovery

Arms grow when they rest. Recovery routines are built into the plan because breaking down is the fastest way to lose everything you built.

How we do it

Assessment first. Then the plan.

It starts with your video. We assess your delivery, your athleticism and your current numbers, then build an individualized plan aimed at the specific things holding your velocity back.

Then the real work: weekly check-ins, video reviews, and adjustments as you progress. You are never guessing whether you are doing it right.

The receipts: athletes in the program have added up to 6 mph - and our first commit, Max Seidl, gained velocity on his way to committing. Your coach is an active Division 1 pitcher who trains the way he is asking you to train.

The honest part

No shortcuts. No magic.

Anyone promising you a number in a fixed number of weeks is selling something. Velocity comes from doing the right work consistently - our job is making sure the work is right and that you actually do it.
