No mystery: understand where you are, build the plan, then mentor you through executing it.
01 - Application and assessment. You apply, we review it personally, and we get on a call with you and your parents to understand your goals and see if we fit.
02 - Your individual plan. Built around your position, your goals, your schedule and your training access. Not a template.
03 - Ongoing mentorship. Weekly check-ins, video reviews, and direct access to your coach between sessions. This is the part that makes it work.
04 - The long game. As you progress the plan evolves - recruiting guidance, mental performance, preparation for the next level.
The program runs mostly remote - video submissions, film review, calls and check-ins - with in-person work when location and schedule line up. Distance does not decide your development; consistency does.
A 1-month evaluation to experience the approach. A 3-month development block where real progress happens. Or the 6-month mentorship for complete transformation - full recruiting support included. Pricing is discussed on your call, after we both know it is a fit.

Four steps: application and assessment (including a call with you and your parents), an individualized development plan, ongoing mentorship with weekly check-ins and video reviews, and long-term development including recruiting guidance. It runs mostly remote with some in-person work, in 1, 3, or 6 month commitments.
Three commitment levels: a 1-month evaluation over 4 weeks, the 3-month development program over 12 weeks, which is the core program, and the 6-month long-term mentorship over 24 weeks, which includes full recruiting support.
Start with the call. Goals and current situation decide it. That said, most athletes see the best results with at least a 3-month commitment, because it takes time to build new habits and see real progress. One month is the way to experience the approach first.
Yes. Life happens, and the program is adjusted as needed. The goal is long-term development, not rigid adherence to a schedule that does not work.
Both. The development philosophy applies to every position: mindset, consistency, and accountability are universal. Pitching development is led by Aidan Knaak and hitting development and mental performance by Dom Listi.
The application takes a few minutes, and the call after it costs nothing but a conversation.
